Good to know
Is it really free?
Yes. BG Rewards is free forever. The Membership is the optional $49.99/month upgrade.
Do I need an app?
No. Your card lives in Apple/Google Wallet via a link we text you. No wallet phone? Your phone number works at the counter every time.
How do I check my points?
Your wallet card updates automatically, or ask at the counter.
Do points expire?
Only if we haven’t seen you in 6 months. We’ll email you before that happens. Come get a tea and the clock resets. Members’ points never expire while dues are paid.
What doesn’t earn points?
Art and gift card purchases. Everything else counts.
How do levels work?
Spend within a calendar year. Hit $500 (about $42/month) and you’re on the Dean’s List. President’s Club is invitation only. Members are on the Dean’s List automatically. Once you reach a level, it’s yours for the rest of that year and all of the next, and hitting the number again keeps it rolling. (Your points never reset, only levels are re-earned yearly.)
Can I give my points to someone?
No, but bring them with a guest pass instead.
21+?
Yes. Valid ID required.
Rewards have no cash value, can’t be exchanged, and can’t be combined with other offers. Program terms may be updated; points already earned are always honored.
