Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase memberships, make purchases, or book events. Certain products or events may carry additional age or eligibility requirements, which will be posted or communicated to you.
Use of our website

Memberships
- Memberships are billed through our third-party checkout provider. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel; annual and corporate memberships are prepaid for their stated term.
- You may cancel a monthly membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.
- All membership fees are final and non-refundable. Memberships terminate at the conclusion of their duration, at which point you may elect to renew or cancel.
- Membership benefits are for the named member (and, for corporate plans, the specified guests) and may not be transferred or resold. We may modify benefits with reasonable notice.
Purchases and products
Prices, offerings, and availability may change at any time. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales of products and services are final. Our botanical and wellness products and related information are provided for general wellness purposes only, are not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Event space rentals
Event bookings are confirmed only when we accept your request and any required deposit is received. Rental rates, minimums, deposits, and cancellation terms will be provided with your booking. You are responsible for your guests and for any damage to our space or property during your event.
Photography and media
Our space is a community gallery and event venue, and photography and video may be taken during events and on the premises. By attending an event or visiting, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to our use of that content for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, let a staff member know and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
Intellectual property
The Bookstore Gallery name, logo, artwork displayed with permission, website content, and design are the property of Bookstore Gallery or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission. Artwork shown in our gallery remains the property of the respective artists.
User submissions
If you submit content to us (for example, a message, review, or booking details), you grant us permission to use it to operate and promote our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.
Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
